Current Research Projects
  The research projects currently undertaken include: 1. Circulations via Shwe-Myo-Taw, a township in the northern Shan State of Burma; 2. Hinduism-related religious practices and innovation in Buddhist Thailand. 3. The geography of Asian food regimes, case studies of high value fruit and vegetable networks in Asia-Pacific. In addition, our members also conduct their research projects by collaborating with the Japan Studies Program and the South China Sea Research Group respectively.
