  3. Trans-border/trans-national studies.

  1. Political and Economic Circulations via Sino-Burmese Borderlands during the Cold War
  2. Religious Practices beyond Established Buddhism and Social Changes in Thailand
  3. The Geography of Asian Food Regimes

In addition, the Project for Transboundary Migration and Circulation contains two other research branches: the Japan Research Cluster and the South China Sea Research Cluster.
