摘要/Abstract | 本文以CNC及CAD/CAM二種自動化技術在台灣製造業間的擴散爲例,探討相關技術對技術擴散的影響效果。依據可辨明技術採用時間的資料,我們的實證研究結果發現,探討技術擴散時,若忽略相關技術的影響,將可能導致估計結果的偏誤。其次,影響採用CNC與CAD/CAM危險率的估計結果支持 Karshenas and Stoneman (1993) 提出的存量效果與排序效果,而傳統的傳染病效果亦獲得支持。但代表排序效果的不同因素,對於CNC與CAD/ CAM之採用危險率的影響程度則略有不同。 This paper investigates the effects of related automation technologies (CNC and CAD/CAM) on technology diffusion among Taiwanese manufacturing firms. Based on data that includes different adoption times for each technology, our empirical results indicate that ignoring the effects of related technology could cause biased results. In addition, the stock and order effect of Karshenas and Stoneman (1993) as well as the traditional epidemic effect are supported in this study. However, different factors repressenting the order effect tend to have a different impact on the hazard rate of CNC and CAD/CAM. |
