本文以自我實現工業化模型為主要架構，加入訊號干擾的設定，證明訊息事件可能是啟動落後國家經濟起飛的原因之一，本文並明確定義出體系工業化的程度以及整體社會的福利，進而分析政府何時可採透明化政策以增進體系的工業化程度與整體社會的福利。

This paper adds noise signal to the self-fulfilling industrialization model and shows that an information event can precipitate economic take-off. Furthermore, we determine the degree of industrialization and the welfare of individuals and use them to obtain the range of the economic state based on which the government should decide the transparency policy.
