摘要/Abstract | 因應臺灣公部門的特性,本研究將其受僱者區分為考試任用、非考試任用兩類,並與私部門受僱者間的工作滿意度進行比較,同時考慮個人工作滿意度可能隨著所屬部門的工作時間而變化,針對部門累積年資在工作部門與工作滿意度間的調節效果建立研究假設。分析結果顯示相較於私部門受僱者,非考試任用公部門受僱者的工作滿意度顯著較高。然而考試任用、非考試任用公部門受僱者的工作滿意度則無顯著差異。另外,隨著部門累積年資的提高,相較於私部門、非考試任用公部門受僱者,考試任用公部門受僱者的工作滿意度會隨著部門累積年資增加而降低。 Based on the characteristics of Taiwan’s public sector, this study categorizes public sector employees into civil servants and non-civil servant public sector employees, and compares their job satisfaction with that of the private sector employees. For the job satisfaction across these three groups of employees and in considering the possible moderating effects of sector-specific tenure on the association between the employees’ group and job satisfaction, corresponding hypotheses have been proposed. Compared to private sector employees, those who are employed as non-civil servant public sector workers have a higher level of job satisfaction. Yet, there is no significant difference in job satisfaction between civil servants and non-civil servant public sector employees. As to the moderating role of sector-specific tenure, our analytical results reveal that the job satisfaction of civil servants is decreasing as their sector-specific tenure increases, unlike what is found for the private sector or non-civil servant public sector employees. |
