| 摘要/Abstract | 源起：社會福利服務面臨碎片化、人力短缺等挑戰，發展共生服務成為趨勢。目的：（1）分析障礙者融入長照據點策略；（2）反思參與中的「不拒斥」；（3）探討障礙者在共生服務的角色。研究方法：以社會融合理論為架構，採用觀察研究法及個案研究法。研究發現：（1）「疑惑—拒斥—反思—接受—再融合」螺旋過程；（2）從排斥到融合的關鍵策略。（3）以日常相處培力社會融合專業。研究建議：（1）以無排除、全參與來定義社區融合指標與督導機制（2）從身份翻轉的服務設計（3）單一專業轉向綜合專業（4）以人權為基礎的多元服務模式。 Background: Social welfare services face challenges, such as fragmentation and workforce shortages, which have led to a growing trend toward the development of symbiotic services. Objectives: （1） To analyze strategies for integrating people with disabilities into long-term care sites, （2） To examine the concept of “non-rejection” in relation to participation, and （3） To explore the roles of people with disabilities within symbiotic services. Methodology: Framed by the social inclusion theory, this study employed observational research and case study methods. Findings: （1） A spiral process of “doubt–rejection–reflection–acceptance–inclusion”; （2） Key strategies that facilitate the transition from exclusion to inclusion; and （3） Cultivating professional capacity for social inclusion through every-day interactions. Recommendations: （1） Define community inclusion indicators and supervisory mechanisms based on non-exclusion and full participation, （2） Adopt service designs grounded in identity reversal, （3） Shift from single-discipline to interdisciplinary practice, and （4） Implement human rights-based diversified service models. |
