| 摘要/Abstract | 本文主要是根據台灣與中國大陸的中琉關係檔案，就1736至1795年間 124件海難事例，分別從清朝丶琉球王府、薩摩藩三方面，對中國丶琉球的海上遇難船隻之處理過程，做詳細的比較與實證性的分析。就清朝來說，中國爲了表示宗主國厚愛屬國的仁心，下令全國官民善待遭難的琉球船隻，如有疏忽者或有趁機圖利的要給與處分；利用海難事故向琉球王府勒索者則要追究。在琉球方面，琉球王府早自明代起，即與中國保持了良好的宗藩關係，對於天朝的海難船，向來是不遺餘力的盡心救護，特別是，在被薩摩藩控制以後，儘管對華之朝貢貿易日趨衰退，但是仍希望擁有中琉的宗藩關係，以維繫她獨立王國的局面。再從薩摩藩來看，薩摩藩一方面發揮了她的人道精砷，熱心救援遭難的清朝船，一方面於救護過程中，對中國難民刻意的掩飾薩摩與琉球的宗藩關係，以圖能順利的繼續透過琉球追求對華貿易之利。 This is a study of 124 cases of shipwrecks occuring in the period between 1736-1795. This study relies mainly on material from the Sino-Ryukyu Relations' Archives. It features an analysis of how shipwrecks were treated during the Ch'ing Dynasty, the Ryukyu Monarchy and the Satsuma Prefecture. This study is both comparative and experimental. |
