自1980年代末期以來，台灣的政經社會結構在全球化發展的環境中起了戲劇性的變革，連帶也爲台灣國土經營管理制度帶來前所未有的結構變遷衝擊。本文主要目的在從政治經濟發展結構變遷角度，界定分析台灣國土經營管理制度結構變遷的內涵形式，並指出他們對台灣未來的權力結構、空間發展模式以及社會經濟與環境發展等的衝擊影響和挑戰。

Since the late 1980s, globalisation has wrought revolutionary changes on Taiwan's political, economic, and social structures. In the process, Taiwan's institution of spatial management has also experi­enced unprecedented restructuring. This paper investigates the institu­tional restructuring of spatial management in Taiwan in the content of political and economic transformations and points out the impact on the configuration of power.
